Our Beers
Boondoggle Beers' Festbier is a fantastic example of the popular German style created as a lighter version of Oktoberfest. At 5.4%, the 7 Breweries of Munich developed this relatively young style to combat the drunken throgs of unruly American tourists at the annual Oktoberfest celebration about 25 years ago. Festbiers have since gone on to surpass the traditional stronger Oktoberfest beers in popularity, not just by us unruly Americans, but also the locals. This particular interpretation included heirloom malt varieties creating a robust but refreshing lager worth celebrating. Available only at The New Cambridge Project.
A modern pale ale with generous Citra late hopping that is both refreshing and intoxicating in its aroma. A versatile ale which uses biscuit malt to add a little character to the lite malt backing and a generous Citra late hop/dry hopping brings citrus flavors forward with some piney and fruity accents.

A bright fresh NEIPA that measures 7% ABV and is loaded with Mosaic and Ahtanum hops added during the whirlpool. Jet Lag is then given additional Mosaic in the dry hop. This is an absolute Juice bomb with a hazy appearance.
This is a tasty 6.6% porter that we loaded with roasted aromas and flavor while keeping the mouthfeel light and refreshing. We then added 22 pounds of whole Sumatra Mandheling coffee beans to steep in the beer. This “dry beaning” process imparts an excellent complex aroma with none of the bitterness associated with the ground beans.
Designed for aging; Tarmac is a Bourbon Barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout that weighs in at 11.5%. We bottled Tarmac in 22 OZ bottles to ensure maximum aging potential. This beer is a beast, but its also smooth and enjoyable. Oak aged on Four Roses Bourbon barrels. Grab a few and cellar for 5 or more years!
This big double was designed with an incredible amount of floral hops and brewed with 80 pounds of Connecticut Honey. It's is loaded with complex flavors while remaining light in the mouth. Aptly named Layover, be careful to not miss your flight by under estimating it, because it packs a punch without much booziness. This beer is what we live for.

New Zealand Hop series kicks off with a gorgeous Red. Loaded with Wakatu Hops before being filtered to reveal a gorgeous color. It's beautiful in a glass but built for the beach. Refreshing crisp taste comes with just 5% ABV making it good for anywhere.

This variation of Non-Stop adds a chicory root as a tea blend to the brite tank. Chicory has been a popular coffee substitute of The Big Easy dating back to the American Civil War. Non-Stop to NOLA will take you down to New Orleans no matter where you are enjoying this easy drinking stout.
Pairs Well With: A side of hot beignets.
A refreshing stout that will surprise you with its drink-ability. Lacking that burnt taste that often overwhelms dark beers, this stout is sure to become a favorite for those who seek a flavorful dark beer that isn't too sweet or heavy.

A solid big floral NEIPA with tropical fruit flavors up front. Vanilla and Lactose bring in a pleasant toasted marshmallow sweetness aroma and depth to this double Milkshake IPA.
When my grandfather was a young man, he was known as "the wolf of the bay". Later in life, he aptly named his boat “The Bay Wolf” where I learned to respect the water from a legendary bayman. This beer is a tribute to my Pop Pop, Albertus “Toots” Clark Jr. Bay Wolf is a hoppy, approachable Honey IPA dry hopped with Styrian Golding and Amarillo hops. The huge late addition of Connecticut honey from Full Bloom Apiaries further enhances the floral character. Galena, Cascade and Citra were also heavily used to round out the hop profile. A pinch of sea salt is a tip of the hat to the bay itself, to connect this brew back to the sea that has provided for my family
Pairs Well With: Sea air, a fishing boat, a clam rake, a scallop dredge, a cuban cigar, and of course an amazing story.
This farmhouse has a nice Belgian nose to start. Then we bring on a bit of funk and add a pinch of sweet mosaic aromas and finish with a light citrus floral backing. Overall a little hazy, a touch of sweet but balanced with a dry finish. Enjoy!
An amber ale with considerable hopping. Perfect for the cool evenings or as a compliment with dinner. A light to moderate maltiness provides rich flavors to balance the hops while remaining refreshing due to a lighter mouth feel. Clear and red, served in a glass.
A Double Brüt IPA which has recent origins from the Bay Area. We push this concept further East by eliminating bittering additions and absolutely drown the beer with whirlpool hops. We also dry hop heavily to satisfy our localized obsession with Hops. Expect a crisp beer with loads of hop juiciness and some booziness due to its extreme dryness.
Standby is a Hoppy Pale Wit beer designed to be refreshing for the sunny days ahead. Brewed with Comet and Golding hops, you will get a notes of pear some citrus and maybe even pineapple and floral notes in this Hoppy Pale Wit.
